Exchange Sp2 breaks the hiding from GAL which means Exchange strips off the fax info. MS needs to fix this issue, please contact your Microsoft reseller.

The Open Text Fax and Document Distribution Group is pleased to announce the immediate release of Open Text Fax Server, RightFax Edition (formerly Captaris RightFax) 9.4 Service Release 5.
The Service Release includes many important software fixes for Fax Server 9.4, fax board drivers, and Fax Server client applications. It is recommended for all customers running Fax Server 9.4. For a complete list of software fixes, refer to the ReadMe.

November 2, 2009The following enhancements are new features were introduced with Open Text Fax Server (RightFax) 9.4 Service Release 2.
Support for SQL Server 2008 is introduced with this release.
Support for Windows Server® 2008 x86 32-bit operating systems is introduced with this release, with the following exception:
CAUTION With Windows Server 2008, Microsoft does not support server-side document conversion with Office 2007 applications on a server. To support server-side document conversions on a Windows 2008 Server, you must install Microsoft Office® 2003 and install the Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2007 File Formats. The compatibility pack is available at no cost from Microsoft.
- Office 2007 PowerPoint documents with watermarks have problems converting.
- Office 2007 Excel documents using the column feature (a new feature in Office 2007) have problems converting.
This service release includes Dialogic® Brooktrout® SDK 6.0.0, which includes the following enhancements.
- Support for Brooktrout fax boards installed on Windows Server 2008 x86 32-bit operating systems.
- The Brooktrout IP Configuration Tool has been extended to include an IP Configuration Wizard. The Wizard helps the user configure SR140 and TR1034 products when used in IP networks.
